***Inside Technical Sales Assistant***

This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, technical curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to communicate clearly about products, pricing, availability, and order status using phone, email, video meetings, and company systems.

What you’ll do, in summary:

• support customers, sales team, vendors, and internal operations remotely  
• process inquiries, prepare quotations, enter orders, coordinate product information, and help move opportunities from lead to fulfillment.  
• review customer specifications, drawings, part numbers, and application details to help identify appropriate products or solutions.
• assist with resolving customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, shortages, warranty questions, and delivery concerns.
• perform general sales administration duties, including filing, data entry, report updates, and sales team support.

What we’re looking for, in summary:

• 1-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• industrial or mechanical trade industry knowledge is a plus
• strong technical aptitude and communication skills
• computer proficiency with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365
• must live within 25 miles of Kernersville, NC with a valid NC driver’s license; in-person meetings are required
